Home Health Care (HHA)
Being surrounded by family and friends offers the highest form of emotional support to each client. In your own home, you will be visited by Home Health Aides who will cover ADL Assistance and personal care:
- Bathing or Shower Assistance
- Coordinate Transportation to Medical Appointments
- Assisting the Client in Getting Dressed
- Meal Preparation and Planning
- Assisting the Client with Errands
- Medication Intake Reminders
- Assistance with Personal Hygiene
